Si vous avez re\u00e7u un volume cons\u00e9quent de candidatures, c\u2019est que vous faites partie des chanceux.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Parce que dans beaucoup de secteurs p\u00e9nuriques (tech, sant\u00e9, BTP, et on en passe), les recruteurs rament pour obtenir ne serait-ce qu\u2019un ou deux CV qualifi\u00e9s. Et ils n\u2019ont pas d\u2019autre choix que de miser sur le sourcing.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mais revenons \u00e0 votre cas : votre annonce a bien tourn\u00e9, vous avez plein de CV \u00e0 exploiter. Et maintenant, il va falloir faire le tri.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Et l\u00e0, tout devient une affaire de compromis. Vous avez trop de candidatures pour les \u00e9tudier une par une, mais pas assez de temps (ni de budget) pour d\u00e9l\u00e9guer. R\u00e9sultat : vous lisez en diagonale, vous \u00e9cartez parfois \u00e0 l\u2019instinct, vous faites des choix rapides\u2026 et pas toujours les bons.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le risque ?
