Apr\u00e8s tout, perdre des heures \u00e0 fouiller dans ses mails et retaper les m\u00eames informations trois fois, c\u2019est gratuit. Enfin, sauf si on compte le temps perdu. Mais bon, qui s\u2019en soucie vraiment ?<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><\/b><br \/><b><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>\u00ab\u00a0C\u2019est compliqu\u00e9 \u00e0 mettre en place\u00a0\u00bb :<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> entre les recrutements, la formation, la paie et les entretiens annuels, les RH sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9bord\u00e9s. Ils n\u2019ont clairement pas le temps de passer quelques heures \u00e0 apprendre \u00e0 utiliser un ATS. Leur fournir un acc\u00e8s o\u00f9 ils pourraient consulter eux-m\u00eames l\u2019avancement des recrutements, au lieu d\u2019envoyer des mails quotidiens pour demander <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cAlors, \u00e7a en est o\u00f9 pour le poste de commercial ?\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ? Non, vraiment, trop de changements d\u2019un coup.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>\u00ab\u00a0Les recruteurs doivent rester humains\u00a0\u00bb :<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> automatiser des t\u00e2ches chronophages comme l\u2019envoi de mails de suivi, la mise \u00e0 jour des bases de donn\u00e9es ou encore la planification des entretiens ? Blasph\u00e8me ! Un bon RH se doit de consacrer 80% de son temps \u00e0 ressaisir des informations, copier-coller des mails et fouiller dans ses archives pour retrouver une candidature perdue. Le recrutement \u00e9volue, et continuer \u00e0 bricoler avec des outils obsol\u00e8tes, c\u2019est comme vouloir courir un marathon en tongs.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un ATS bien choisi, c\u2019est loin d\u2019\u00eatre un gadget surcot\u00e9, c\u2019est un v\u00e9ritable levier de performance. Automatiser les t\u00e2ches r\u00e9p\u00e9titives, structurer le suivi des candidatures, fluidifier la communication entre recruteurs et managers\u2026 tout \u00e7a, c\u2019est du temps gagn\u00e9 qui peut-\u00eatre utilis\u00e9 sur des t\u00e2ches RH plus strat\u00e9giques.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Parce qu\u2019au final, votre r\u00f4le, ce n\u2019est pas de jongler entre 12 fichiers Excel ni de traquer un CV perdu dans les m\u00e9andres d\u2019Outlook. C\u2019est d\u2019identifier, d\u2019attirer et de convaincre les meilleurs talents. Et pour \u00e7a, autant se donner les bons outils.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si vous \u00eates toujours convaincu qu\u2019un ATS n\u2019est pas fait pour vous, c\u2019est peut-\u00eatre que vous n\u2019avez tout simplement pas encore trouv\u00e9 le bon.
